2. With Desktop Sharing you can show your Desktop to every participant.
3. Desktop Recording helps you to record all the activities on your Desktop.
4. Web Teleconference provides the capability of conducting the conferences over the web.
5. With Phone Teleconference you can carry on direct talking to attendees.
6. Control Granting limits access of every participant in the meeting.
7. Video Conferencing helps you to show up any tutorial or product demo online to everyone.
8. With Private Chat you can separately talk to individual attendee of the meeting.
9. Annotation Tools provides the capability of drawing, highlighting and pointing for everyone.
10. Arrange meetings just from many popular instant message and e-mail applications in one click.
11. You can also choose a specific application to share with others instead of your whole Desktop. Other people will not be able to see other applications and files which are running in the background.
12. Sharing of keyboard and mouse controls to let other people demonstrate the presentation.
13. Multiple Monitor Support is enabled where you can conduct a meeting in one monitor and can work on the other one.

1. Additional hardware is required to record teleconference.
2. Lacks proprietary network connections and relies exclusively on the Internet
3. GoToMeeting does not offer own Teleconferencing feature and uses a third party service for teleconference, which may be interrupting sometimes.
4. Some features are not still supported in Mac OS, though they were the first to support Mac OS as web conferencing software.
5. No option to mute other attendees in a teleconference which may be a distraction when there are other sounds mixing up from background and you need to put them off.
